Celebrating Tagore

The organizers of an event taking place Saturday hope to bring the humanist values of celebrated Bengali poet, Rabindranath Tagore, to a Toronto audience. Metro Morning's Aparita Bhandari met with Bandana and Ananya to find out about their relationship to Tagore and their quest to spread his message outside a Bengali audience. "A Woman's Quest" is one of Rabindranath Tagore's works. It is being performed as part of the Inspirations 2013 event to celebrate his Nobel Prize for Literature 100 years ago. Inspirations 2013 takes place at Toronto Centre for the Arts on Saturday evening.
