World Pride 2014 - Proud Voices and Literary Program

Over 100 writers and performers in just 10 days. Events are kicking off with a cabaret night to kick off Glad Day Bookshop's World Pride Programming. Hosted by Troy Jackson, featuring Vivek Shraya, Catherine Hernandez and Ty Gilecki among others.

Bent Lens: Under the Stars

National Aboriginal Day

Toronto Zoo

Free admission will be provided with presentation of status card. Turtle Island Conservation will be hosting a table from 1:00pm to 3:30pm at Toronto Zoo's First Nations Art Garden where visitors can learn about the traditional plants in the Art Garden and the work that we do in partnership with First Nations communities to protect species at risk.

Magic City: A Community Celebration

Regent Park becomes a Magic City at this free community celebration. It will come alive with pipes and horns, voices and drums, ice cream trucks and orchestras - all to celebrate the opening of Toronto's newest city park.
