Stacey Farber

Stacey Farber is best known internationally for her lead role on the ground-breaking Canadian television series Degrassi: The Next Generation. For seven years, Stacey played the lead role of Ellie Nash, which became one of Degrassi’s most prominent and beloved characters at the height of the show’s popularity abroad. Beyond the United States and Canada, all of Stacey’s Degrassi episodes continue to air on TV and online in over 140 countries including the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Colombia, Venezuela, Korea, Australia, Israel, Brazil, and Zimbabwe, which speaks to the massive, universal, and ongoing appeal of the program.

Most recently, Stacey guest-starred and recurred on several American TV series including Grace and Frankie (Netflix), Schitt’s Creek (Pop TV/CBC), Chicago Justice (NBC), The Brave (NBC), Ryan Hanson Solves Crimes on TV (YouTube Red), and UnReal (Lifetime). Among other projects since Degrassi, Stacey has starred in several award-winning TV series including the half-hour comedy 18 to Life (The CW/CBC) and the top-rated medical drama Saving Hope (CTV/IonTV). In 2015, she was cast as the female lead of a multi-camera sitcom pilot called Take It From Us, produced by NBC Universal, Greg Malins and Sony TV.
