Colleen Jones

Colleen Jones brings over 30 years of experience on the pebbled ice to her role as curling reporter for CBC/Radio-Canada’s coverage of the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018. Also a veteran CBC reporter covering her tenth Olympic Games, Jones just recently won gold at the World Senior Championships in April 2017, adding it to two previous World Championship gold medals. 

Jones is a successful skip who has appeared in a record 21 Scott Tournament of Hearts, the women’s curling national championship, resulting in six Canadian Championships for her team. She is a member of the Canadian Curling Hall of Fame and Canada Games Hall of Honour, and was inducted into Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame in 2016. The current CBC Nova Scotia reporter started with the organization in 1986.
