Voluntary Resource Council - Sylvie Arsenault
Statistics show that volunteer hours translate into a huge economic and experiential contribution in this country. The hub of volunteering on PEI is the Voluntary Resource Council. For years its provided a home and services for many organizations on the Island. This Saturday the VRC is holding it's annual Breakfast and Banter.
