Richard Raiswell - Souris Bridge

PEI's sedimentary land base takes a kicking every year, but the Souris bridge has taken more than it's fair share. The repair of this bridge came up in the legislature this spring.

With his thoughts on why here's Mainstreet's political columnist Richard Raiswell.  Dr. Raiswell teaches in the History faculty at UPEI, and joins us every week during the sitting of the Provincial Legislature.
