Women in IT

ITAP, the Innovation and Technology Asssociation of PEI, is focusing it's efforts to encourage more women on P.E.I. to enter the Information Technology industry.  The program is called Women in IT, or WIT.  Margaret Gallant is with ITAP, and Maria Steele is with Deltaware, and they both joined Karen Mair in Studio to talk about Women in IT.

Future Dragon Fund Contest - Kevin O'Leary

Dragons' Den - Jim Treliving

DragonsDenJimTreliving.jpgThe eighth season of Dragons' Den starts tonight on CBC Television. Jim Treliving, owner of Boston Pizza International, says this season of Dragons' Den is going to be great because the pitches are stronger, the Dragons are making more deals than ever before and more young people are learning how to do business from watching the show.

Jim Treliving spoke with Karen Mair about what makes a successful pitch.
