Voluntary Resource Council - Sylvie Arsenault

Statistics show that volunteer hours translate into a huge economic and experiential contribution in this country. The hub of volunteering on PEI is the Voluntary Resource Council. For years its provided a home and services for many organizations on the Island. This Saturday the VRC is holding it's annual Breakfast and Banter. Sylvie Arsenault is the executive director of the Voluntary Resource Council.
