RichardRaiswellPoliticalColumnist2013.jpgMainstreet's Political Columnist Richard Raiswell has some words of advice when it comes to handing out awards on Prince Edward Island. Richard teaches in the history faculty of UPEI. He does not work for any political party but he does hold a Green Party membership.
