What is this?

From June 2 to June 8, CBC Live Right Now and Kids' CBC join YMCA Canada , media and community organizations across Canada for Healthy Me Week, an annual week-long campaign to promote healthy and active lifestyles.

Want to participate?

1. Choose what you'd like to do with your family for each day's challenge.

2. Take a picture.

3. Upload the picture with a brief description of how you're overcoming life's daily obstacles to live healthier.

Then What?

Each day this week, we'll select our pick of the day. We will be giving away a combo prize pack from YMCA Canada, Kids' CBC and LRN. On June 14, CBC Live Right Now and YMCA Canada will reward one deserving family with an annual general family membership to their local Y!

Contest begins June 2 and ends June 9 at 3 p.m. ET.
