Andy Jones is an actor, writer, and director who lives in St. John’s, Newfoundland, where he co-founded and worked at the Resource Centre For The Arts at The L.S.P.U. Hall. Jones worked with the groundbreaking Newfoundland Comedy troupe CODCO in its theatrical and television incarnations. He has also appeared on stages across Canada and in movies including the much-loved Rare Birds and the Newfoundland cult classic The Adventure Of Faustus Bidgood. He recently appeared in a number of classical theatre roles including Bottom in A Midsummer Nights Dream, Falstaff in Henry IV Part 1 and in Merry Wives of Windsor, and Tartuffe in his own adaptation of Moliere's play.
Jones is also a children’s book author with five award-winning titles to his credit.
