"Food Artisans of Alberta" is a new book that authors Karen Anderson and Tilly Sanchez-Turri call: "a love letter to Alberta's food producers." It showcases the people behind some of the best locally crafted cheese, organic berries and vegetables, humanely raised meats, and much more. This summer, we've asked Karen and Tilly to join us several times to share the stories and specialties of a few of these Artisans. Karen Anderson is a cookbook author and founder of Alberta Food Tours. Tilly is a passionate baker and foodie who does food tours.
