The Governor of North Carolina calls Hurricane Florence a 'monster.' Michael Mann says climate change is partly to blame. He's a Distinguished Professor of Atmospheric Science at Pennsylvania State University, and co-author of "The Madhouse Effect: How Climate Change Denial is Threatening Our Planet, Destroying Our Politics & Driving Us Crazy." He speaks with Mainstreet host Bob Murphy.
