Can scientists teach recovering sturgeon populations to avoid river otters?

While the world is waiting to find out if a koi-eating otter in Vancouver can avoid capture, researchers on the Nechako River have their own otter problem: the furry mammals have taken a liking to juvenile white sturgeon being released as part of a recovery program. But it's hoped some otter-aversion techniques may help the situation. Wayne Saleski of the Nechako White Sturgeon Recovery Program speaks with Carolina de Ryk.
