That time of year is approaching when Canadian snowbirds head to the U.S. during the colder months but there are new challenges because of the pandemic preventing that from happening this winter
When the weather gets colder in this country an estimated 350,000 Canadians flock down south of the border to spend the winter months in a warmer climate but this year snowbirds are facing new challenges because of travel restrictions and the alarming number of COVID-19 cases in the United States. Sue Manherz's father usually spends his winters in Arizona but that might not be the case this year as she has been trying to arrange his travel there for months. Chris dela Torre spoke to Manherz on Afternoon Drive.
