To celebrate the 75th anniversary of that liberation by Canadian armed forces, the Netherlands have shipped more than a million tulips which will be planted throughout the next year -- including Quebec City. Gustin Keser is a bronze sculptor who now lives on île D'Orléans. He was 10 years old when the Netherlands were liberated from Nazi German Control. He shares his story with guest host Allison Van Rassel.
