The St.Andrew's Society's Tartan Picnic invites people and pooches to wear plaid

You don't have to be Scottish to enjoy the upcoming Tartan Picnic. It's a new event held by the St. Andrew's Society of Montreal, but they're only asking that you bring a little plaid or tartan.
You might want to bring your dog too because they're holding a Pooches in Plaid competition as part of the picnic. We hear more about it from Marilyn Meikle of the St. Andrew's Society.
