And there’s evidence that’s more important than you might realize. A decades-long scientific study on human happiness found relationships are the key to a good and happy life. Dr. Robert Waldinger is a psychiatrist and the director of the Harvard Study of Adult Development. He joins Piya Chattopadhyay to talk about the findings of the study, and his new book, The Good Life: Lessons from the World's Longest Scientific Study of Happiness.
