Ken Lum responds to the City of Edmonton's decision not to install his commissioned sculpture
Artist Ken Lum says it was supposed to be a monument against colonialism, but the City of Edmonton has opted not to install his massive bronze sculpture, titled The Buffalo and the Buffalo Fur Trader, due to concerns that it could be misinterpreted as a celebration of colonialism. Tom Power caught up with Lum to get his reaction to the decision.
