Many residential and side streets in the city were so buried in snow that drivers locked up their cars and walked. And Tuesday night, the City announced that it will start towing vehicles abandoned or illegally parked, as the clean up continues. Vince Sferrazza is Director of Operations and Maintenance for the city of Toronto. And Dr. Denise Sum was making her way to work at Scarborough Health Network's Birchmount Hospital early on Monday when she got stuck in snow on the DVP and got a lift from a firetruck.
