A new children's book is encouraging kids to explore "do it yourself" projects ...also called "maker space" or maker culture. The book "Amber the Maker" follows a little girl named Amber who is am amputee -- and a magic dragon who helps her discover the power of 3D printing. It was written and illustrated by Montrealers. We speak with the two authors of the book.
