Who knew dance could be a powerful tool for cross-cultural collaboration? Clearly Saskatchewan Dance Inc and the On Cue Performance Hub did. On Tuesday evening they're marking the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination with a performance that brings dancers from all around the world together.
