Premier Scott Moe joined with the Premiers of Ontario and New Brunswick to study the development of small scale or modular nuclear reactors. We were joined by John Root, Executive Director of the Sylvia Fedoruk Canadian Centre for Nuclear Innovation at the University of Saskatchewan and Jim Harding a retired professor of environmental and justice studies at the University of Regina. He is a founding member of the Regina Group for a Non-Nuclear Society and was director of research for Prairie Justice Research at the University of Regina, where he headed up the Uranium Inquiries Project.
