Before Osheaga Music and Arts Festival started way back in 2006, founder Nick Farkas had already spent a few years as a concert promoter booking shows in Quebec and across Canada. And doing that job sometimes meant giving into the whims of rockstars who wanted to play a little baseball before getting on stage.
