A mandatory evacuation order was issued last night for the community of Fort Chippewyan. A wildfire is burning just 8 kilometers from the community's airport. Some vulnerable people have already been flown out of the community. Flights are scheduled for today to bring everyone else to Fort McMurray and Fort McKay. Kendrick Cardinal is president of Fort Chipewyan Metis. He joined Hilary Bird on the line.
