Paul Delory has passed away.
The Former Speaker of the Legislative Assembly was first elected in 1999--becoming the first MLA for the newly created constituency of Hay River North.
As speaker, he carried the legislature through some tumultuous times.
Jane Groenewegegan was the MLA for Hay River South during that time...
And worked closely with Paul Delorey.
