Todd Palmer is the organizer of the "24 Hour Window" 'raise-a-thon' that will be happening in Barrie tomorrow. He and three others will spend 24 hours in the four windows of The 705 Recovery Community Centre to put a face to addiction and recovery and to help raise donations for the centre; Dandelions.
