Finally, the tutorial we've been waiting for since the Scrunchiessance began
If you're anything like us, the recent Scrunchiessance has inspired you to stock up (and spend $$$) on this sweet little hair accessory in just about every shade. It's a habit that, after a while, had us thinking, "Should we maybe try making these ourselves?" That's where sewing and DIY queen withwendy came in. She assured us that they're actually quite easy to make from stray scraps of fabric — and they're perfect for gifting this Valentine's Day, too.
