You may have seen some of ALB's whimsical DIYs on our YouTube channel or know her from her own channel, ALB in Wonderland. But you may not have known that she's also one of the best ASMR artists on the internet (ASMR being Auto Sensory Meridian Response), and certainly our favourite).

ALB has produced over 200 ASMR videos for her channel alone; who better to take us through some current fan favourite triggers? Those who've experienced the euphoria-like feelings of ASMR can trust that this video delivers on tingles. And for those who haven't yet gotten into ASMR, you're in for a new treat.

"I would say that ASMR videos are videos that are created with the sole intention of relaxing the viewer and hope to inspire a calm and comforting headspace for the person watching," ALB explains. She recommends wearing headphones, but notes, "The audio aspect of ASMR is usually more important than the visual, but the visual part can be important too." If you'd like to get cozy and close your eyes, there's a good chance this will relax you into sleep and there's nothing wrong with that.
