With all-star ingredients like toxin-reducing beets, digestion-aiding ginger and anti-inflammatory turmeric, this purifying elixir packs a super healthy punch into its sweet and sparkling package! Sip on it first thing in the morning to supercharge your day — and get that supreme summertime glow.
- 2 medium red beets, uncooked
- 2 thumbs fresh ginger root
- 2 pinky fingers fresh turmeric root
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 cups sparkling water
Run all the ingredients through juice extractor. Pour two glasses half-full of detox juice and top with sparkling water.
