Got 20 minutes? In this video from the CBC Creator Network, personal trainer Eunice will lead you through a no-equipment HIIT circuit that you can do just about anywhere. Each exercise activates the full body, though the workout will pay special attention to the core and lower half. You'll only need a mat, a timer and some water to keep yourself hydrated.
