Recipe: Strawberry Kiwi Mojito
This fruity cocktail is perfect for a summer soirée, and done in only 5 steps.
- 2 oz rum
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ oz cane syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- 5 strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- Approx 1 cup soda water
- Ice for muddling and drinking
Muddle 3 sliced strawberries and 1 sliced kiwi with 2 oz of rum in a shaker.
Add 1 oz lime juice, ½ oz cane syrup, and a few cubes of ice.
Spank 5 mint leaves and add to shaker.
Roll or shake drink for 30 seconds.
If on the rocks, pour into desired glass, add ice, soda water, 3 more mint leaves, and remaining slices of kiwi and strawberry to garnish.
