Recipe: Steven's Power Smoothie

If you want to be as perfect a human specimen as Steven Sabados, try out his morning power smoothie.
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen or fresh banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- ½ of an avocado
- 1 tbsp super seeds (hemp, flax, chia)
Add all contents to a blender. Puree until smooth. Drink right away or store in the fridge for up to 2 days or the freezer for 1 week.
Smoothie Bowl Option: Pour leftover smoothie into a bowl and top with your favourite sliced fruits, seeds, dried berries. Add strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, super seeds and puffed rice.
