Recipe: Shahir's Green Smoothie
Inspired by his wife’s smoothie recipe, Shahir has created a smoothie recipe that will keep you going until lunch.
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 stalks peeled celery
- ½ cup beet greens
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp organic honey
Peel and roughly chop your celery. To a blender add coconut water, celery, beet greens, peeled banana, hemp hearts and honey. Blend until smooth. If you want a thinner smoothie, add a splash of water and blend again. Enjoy!
