Recipe: Shahir's Four Herb Mashed Potatoes
Shahir's recipe for mashed potatoes will be the best you’ve ever tasted — just don't skimp on the butter.
Save the diet for after Thanksgiving! Feel free to experiment and use whatever combination of herbs you like.
- 4 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 pound unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup each flat leaf parsley, chives, dill and tarragon, chopped
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Pass hot potatoes through ricer into wide stock pot. Transfer to stovetop on low. Mix in soft butter and herbs, seasoning to taste. Serve and enjoy!
