Don’t blow your budget on an expensive rose for this wedding-worthy sipper! Your wine is an ingredient amongst other flavour profiles, so there’s no need to get too fancy with your selection. With a fun cocktail like this one, Howard the Wine Guy recommends opting for a drier wine to keep your beverage from being overly sweet. Add an unexpected touch with ginger beer for a delicious drink that’s sure to please, easy to sip on, and budget-friendly!

  • 1 bottle rosé
  • 1 bottle ginger beer
  • 2 cups passion fruit juice
  • 1 small bunch fresh thyme

Divide rosé evenly among glasses, (approx. ⅔ cup, ginger beer (generous splash) and passion fruit juice (1 oz shot). Garnish with sprigs of fresh thyme.

Servings: Makes 6-8 servings
