Recipe: Pineapple Slushy Mojito
A refreshing summer drink in only 5 simple steps.
- 2 oz rum
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ oz cane syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped, plus some for garnish
- Approx 1 cup soda water
- 1 cup crushed ice
Add rum, lime juice, cane syrup and ice to a shaker.
Spank 5 mint leaves and add to shaker.
Roll or shake drink for 30 seconds.
Add all contents of shaker to a blender along with chopped pineapple and soda water, remove mint if desired, blend until slushy consistency.
Garnish with pineapple spears and extra mint.
