It's Chocolate Week and the six remaining bakers seize the opportunity to make a statement with delectable chocolate creations.

For the Signature Bake, the bakers made a treat that is double the fun, then tackled a tricky Technical, and tried not to lose their temper during the Showstopper. One chocolatey success earned the Star Baker title, and one baker had to leave the tent.

For the Signature Bake, the bakers made chocolate sandwich cookies.

Chris made chocolate praline dacquoise sandwich cookies that looked like ice cream bars. They blew the judges away, and helped secure him this Star Baker crown.

This French classic was the Technical Bake for Season 3's Chocolate Week. (Geoff George)

For the Technical Bake, the bakers were tasked with making a marquise au chocolat, a multi-layered classic French dessert.
