Growing up in Ukraine, baking was a staple in Nataliia's household. She learned how to make traditional Ukrainian recipes as a very young child. As well as making technically sophisticated cakes, Nataliia specializes in bread, and loved to work her hands in the dough. Nataliia moved to Canada three years ago after falling in love with her husband online and is excited to show off her techniques in the Canadian Baking Tent.
