As a student in the 1970s, Betty lived in France where she discovered the magic of French Patisserie, which still inspires her baking to this day. Betty recently retired from her career as a university executive assistant and spends her free time playing piano and swimming, but her favourite pastime remains baking. She especially enjoys making breads and elegant tarts for her partner. Betty looks forward to the opportunity to show off her French flair in the Baking Tent.
