A lifelong Maritimer, Amanda grew up in rural P.E.I. and began baking as a child so she and her siblings could enjoy treats that didn't fit the family's budget. She's spent most of her life researching and perfecting the wide range of skills she brings to her vibrant and flavourful bakes. Aside from baking, Amanda unwinds from her busy property paralegal career by gardening, scrapbooking, and hiking the countryside with her husband, three kids and black lab.
