Aimee comes from a large family with a mix of Chinese and French-Canadian heritage. Growing up, she was introduced to bold Chinese flavours at the restaurant her grandparents owned, while her dad taught her French cooking techniques. Currently pursuing a university degree in industrial design, Aimee brings whimsy and precision to her bakes. Outside of school, Aimee fills her time with creative projects like jewelry-making and painting, and enjoys staying active as an avid runner and weightlifter.
