Lemon & Berry Chia Yogurt — The healthy and refreshing offering your brunch table needs

An overnight sensation that’s sweetened naturally and topped with fresh fruit.
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 cups plain full fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Zest of 1 lemon, approx. 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves
In a large bowl combine whole milk and honey. Whisk to dissolve the honey into the milk. Add Greek yoghurt, chia seeds and lemon zest. Stir well to combine but also to ensure that the chia seeds do not clump. Transfer to an airtight container and leave in the fridge overnight or for up to 3 days.
To serve, portion the chia yoghurt into cups and top with blueberries, black berries and fresh mint.
