The phrase "we're having pasta" immediately signals that something delicious is ahead for dinner. The epitome of a carb-y comfort food fave, it seems welcome anytime of year, any night of the week. We also love that it's one of those versatile dishes where pretty much any level of effort affords a delectable meal. Whether you're cooking up a from-scratch sauce and rolling out the pasta yourself (we're pretty sure this lasagna eclipses any engagement chicken out there) or simply whipping up a quick pesto for your favourite boxed variety, it's all appetizing. If we have you pondering what your next feast of pasta should be, here are 15 of our favourites that will not disappoint.
