Homeless man in Happy Valley Goose Bay - Given shelter by Cora Best

amos-jarause-int.png Amos Jarause doesn’t want to apply for assistance because he feels he is capable of working, but until he finds a job he has few housing options. (CBC) Earlier this week we told you about Cora Best She’s the Happy Valley Goose Bay woman who took in 2 homeless men. Best says both men have nowhere to go and she’s more than happy to put them in her heated shed. She just can’t bear the thought of them out alone in the cold. Well this morning we are going to hear from one of those men: Amos Jararuse. He spoke with CBC reporter, Bailey White.
