Return of the River

Muskrat Falls may be the largest single hydro project being built in North America today, but on the other side of the continent in Washington State, the opposite is happening. Two dams were removed from the Elwha River, in what is the largest dam removal project in the history of the United States. The last dam explosion occurred at the end of August this year. Film-maker John Gussman documents the story in a new film called, "Return of the River."  He spoke with Labrador Morning reporter John Gaudi.
