It could take months or even years

As kids, we get so many vaccines.

They’re designed to help us fight off diseases that made people sick a long time ago — like the measles and the mumps.

The good news is, there are groups of scientists all over the world working to find a vaccine to fight the coronavirus.

But it’ll take a while for it to be ready.
