UPDATE: This story originally published on Aug. 26. On Sept. 23, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the second wave was officially underway in Canada.

Another spike in COVID-19 cases could be coming

There’s been a drop in COVID-19 cases in Canada this summer, and that’s good news.

But we aren’t in the clear yet.

Many scientists are suggesting that the number of Canadians with COVID-19 could increase again this fall.
