An agreement signed in 2015 by almost 200 countries, including the U.S. and Canada, which aims to prevent the Earth from warming more than 2 C. It allows each country to make its own rules to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and provides a plan to help developing nations meet their goals.
