Teen Choice 2018 winners

American teens have voted and the results are in

The TV series Riverdale was among the big winners at the Teen Choice Awards with nine wins — including Choice TV Drama.

Actor Zac Efron took home the Choice Drama Movie Actor for his role in the original musical, The Greatest Showman.

Love, Simon won in the Choice Comedy Movie category and actor Nick Robinson was recognized for his breakout role in the film.

On the music front, Camila Cabello was a big winner, taking home three awards, including Choice Female Artist.

She wasn't there to accept her awards.

Actress Anna Kendrick, star of Pitch Perfect 3, got plenty of cheers when she took the opportunity to poke fun at Canadian celeb Ryan Reynolds when she accepted her Choice Twitter award.

As is the custom at the Teen Choice Awards, winners took home surfboards instead of trophies.
